one of my STB's no longer has the guide (EPG) get a message like


Try hard resetting the router (actiontec) and then unplugging the set top box.  If it is still not getting an IP address (menu>settings>system info), then it's a cabling issue, try swapping the box to a location in the house that IS getting the guide info.  If it works there, it's your cables.  Check the connections, the splitters, etc.  If none of that works, call Verizon 888.553.1555
