The pixelating I've seen on VOD (standard receiver) appears to be on Verzizon's end. I've noticed that if I rewind and play the same section of the video again that it will occur in the
exact same place, almost as if it is part of the recording. It's mostly in the Help Videos. I
have never seen it in the Starz and other subscription movies.
Have only had time-out problems once, on the first day. Oddly, after I added a splitter so that
I could record an analog and a digtal channel at the same time, the start-up time for VOD
improved. If anything, I would have assumed the splitter would have had a negative impact.
THIS ISSUE WILL BE FIXED IF YOU UPDATE THE FIRMWARE ON THE ACTIONTEC ROUTER!
