You would be violating Verizon's Terms Of Service. Verizon does block TCP port 80 and (rumored) port 443 (ports required for http and https servers). Currently only Business customers with static IP service are allowed to host any servers. However, there are services provided by DDNS companies that would relay the necessary traffic to your servers using non-common ports. It will still violate the TOS and might get you in trouble with VZ.
