My FiOS has been cutting out recently, If I do nothing it will eventually come back up. Is this a problem on my end or Verizons?

You aren't giving enough information to really say.  Is it your entire service?  I would suggest any time your service is out, call Verizon.  They can quickly determine where the problem is.  888.553.1555
